We provide specialized assessment and treatment for common anorectal conditions in a private outpatient clinic.

Internal Hemorrhoids

Painless rectal bleeding, prolapse during bowel movements, mucus discharge, and irritation from internal hemorrhoids.

External Hemorrhoids

Pain, swelling or lump near the anus. Types include thrombosed hemorrhoids, inflamed swelling hemorrhoids, prolapsed components hemorrhoids, and residual skin tags related hemorrhoids.

Prolapsed Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids that protrude or “come out” during bowel movements, with bleeding, swelling, irritation, or advanced hemorrhoid symptoms.

Anal Skin Tags Removal

Soft tissue growth near the anus that may cause irritation or hygiene difficulty. Skin tags can range in size from small like a pea to larger folds that may partially cover the anal opening.

Anal Fissure

Severe pain during bowel movements, spasm and burning pain after, constipation, small rectal bleeding. Chronic cases may develop secondary changes: sentinel pile (skin tag), abscess, or fistula

Selected Anal Abscess/Fistula

Pain, swelling, discharge, recurrent drainage, or small opening near the anus. Imaging may be required. Selected perianal abscess and superficial subcutaneous fistula treated.

I’m scared of hemorrhoid surgery. Do you offer non-surgical hemorrhoid treatment?

Yes. Depending on the type and severity of hemorrhoids, treatment options may include Rafaelo® non-surgical hemorrhoid treatment, conservative care, and selected outpatient procedures. Not every patient requires major hemorrhoid surgery.

Our clinic provides comprehensive anorectal assessment for hemorrhoids, chronic anal fissure & anal pain, anal skin tag concerns, and other common anorectal conditions. Assessment includes a review of medical history, a visual examination, a digital rectal examination, and anoscopy.
